多読とオンラインのバランス

なみすけさんの英検対策を参考にこどもと英語をやっています

現在6年生、英検準2級には余裕をもって合格できるレベルで
英検2級を目指していますが　単語など難しすぎて停滞しています
現在、多読とオンライン英会話を中心にしていますが
バランスとしては多読多めがいいなどありますか？
どちらも楽しそうにはやっています。

こんにちは。返信が遅れてしまいました。

小6で英検準２級が十分合格できるのはすごいですね。LもRもすでに２級レベルなのでは？と思ってしまいます。

小６であれば２級のRの長文でさえもコンテンツ自体は理解できるはず。そうすると２級と準２級の差分は、おっしゃられるように「単語」かと思いました。単語は、単語帳（＋できればアプリで確認）を用いて集中的に暗記するのが効率的かと思います。お勉強感ができますが、２級の単語をすべて洋書から単語を暗記しようとすると、膨大な洋書を読む必要があるかと思います故。

あと２級以上は、ライティングでしっかり得点することが合格に直結するかと。
